About the Role

As a Community Representative with Au Pair in America (APIA), you will serve as a vital program liaison, supporting and guiding host families and au pairs throughout their cultural exchange experience. Operating remotely with local travel within your assigned geographic area, your mission is to ensure all placements strictly meet U.S. Department of State regulations while fostering meaningful cross-cultural relationships. This flexible, full-time position is designed for individuals passionate about education, counseling, social work, or youth development who wish to make a lasting impact on international connections.

Hiring Process

Candidates are expected to complete required webinars, training calls, and online training modules within two months of their start date. Ongoing professional development is maintained through annual refresher trainings to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
