As a Supervisor at prAna, you are a key part of our retail management team, working to deliver exceptional brand and customer experiences while driving store sales and profitability. You will assist store leadership in executing marketing and promotional directives to grow our existing customer base. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, you will step up to manage the store and the team, ensuring high standards are maintained while fostering a positive, inclusive environment.
Your day will involve setting a positive example for the team, providing clear coaching, and handling customer or staff concerns with poise. You will welcome customers with a warm demeanor, assist them in finding merchandise, and help them with special orders, exchanges, and returns. Beyond customer interaction, you will oversee sales floor operations, manage inventory cycle counts, and assist with store opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security protocols.
