The Staff Pad is partnering with a reputed hospital in beautiful Helena, MT, to find a Practice Supervisor (RN) who is a hands-on leader. This role is designed for someone who enjoys mentoring teams, improving workflows, and making a direct impact on patient care every day.
As a Practice Supervisor, you will lead from the front by supporting staff, guiding daily clinic operations, and stepping in wherever needed to keep patient care running smoothly. This is more than a supervisory position; it is an opportunity to build strong teams, improve patient flow, and create a positive, collaborative culture. Approximately 40–50% of this role involves direct and indirect patient care responsibilities, including rooming patients, assisting with triage, and supporting clinical coverage during peak times.
