As the Practice Manager of Operations at Penn Premiere Dental in Exton, you will serve as a valued business partner to the Doctor. This role is designed for a hard-working, motivated leader who will guide and support the team in providing the best patient care to the community. You will work in an environment that prioritizes patients, encourages learning, and builds team cohesion.
In this position, you will practice servant leadership to ensure the goals of the Doctor and the team are achieved. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with the Doctor to develop quarterly and annual financial goals, prioritizing their professional development, and managing the practice's schedule. You will foster a culture of synergy through monthly synergy meetings, weekly team meetings, and daily morning huddles. Additionally, you will play a key role in team growth by identifying skill gaps, selecting candidates who align with the practice's values, and ensuring new team members are successfully onboarded and trained.
