About the Role
We are recruiting for a Practice Management Consultant to join our team on-site in either Salt Lake City, UT, or Houston, TX. This role serves as a strategic partner to Market Leaders, Service Managers, Directors of Financial Planning, and Directors of Investment Management.\n You will work closely with financial advisors, planners, portfolio managers, and client support teams to drive team development, operational excellence, and continuous learning. This position blends training, client material curation, and product management to elevate team performance and enhance the client experience across the wealth management lifecycle. As a thought leader, you will champion best practices and foster a culture of innovation and growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleBuild and manage formal onboarding and training programs for core wealth business lines
- check_circleDesign and deliver workshops on practice management topics including time management and client experience
- check_circleLead creation and continuous improvement of client-facing content and presentations
- check_circleCurate and maintain a library of best-in-class materials to support advisors via Seismic
- check_circleConduct reviews of existing platforms and recommend system enhancements for efficiency
- check_circlePartner with stakeholders to develop training programs for new or updated system adoption
- check_circleDevelop and deliver training programs to strengthen licensed banker skills and performance
- check_circleManage onboarding and inclusion processes for new licensed bankers
- check_circleMonitor licensed banker production metrics and provide insights for improvement
- check_circleBuild strong relationships across advisor teams and bank partners to foster collaboration
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in business, Finance, or related field
- verifiedMaster's degree preferred
- verified6+ years experience with practice management training, leadership development, onboarding, and customer/client service
- verifiedProficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, Seismic, and data visualization tools
- verifiedFamiliarity with or expertise in leveraging AI tools
- verifiedSeries 7, 66, or combination of 65/63 licenses preferred
Nice to Have
Master's degree. Experience managing, coaching, and driving team performance in a sales-oriented, client-facing environment. Familiarity with or expertise in leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and client engagement. Series 7, 66, or combination of 65/63 licenses.
