The firm is seeking a Practice Group Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic partner in executing marketing and business development initiatives. This role is pivotal in elevating the firm's brand presence, amplifying attorney visibility, and fostering deeper client engagement across diverse practice areas.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSupport development and execution of firmwide marketing and business development strategies
- check_circleDraft and edit marketing materials including pitch decks, client alerts, and attorney biographies
- check_circleManage and update website content through CMS platforms and assist with SEO optimization
- check_circlePlan and execute firm-sponsored events, webinars, and client-facing initiatives
- check_circleSupport social media and digital marketing efforts including content scheduling and performance tracking
- check_circleTrack marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign performance and ROI
- check_circleMaintain marketing databases, contact lists, and CRM systems
- check_circlePrepare RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations in collaboration with attorneys
- check_circleMonitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities for growth
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- verified3-10 years of marketing or business development experience
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedFamiliarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp)
Nice to Have
Experience with legal directory submissions and awards processes. Familiarity with website CMS platforms and basic HTML. Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital marketing analytics tools. Prior exposure to event planning or client engagement initiatives.
