Our mission is rooted in the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are committed to life-transforming ministry, bringing hope and sharing compassion with those devastated by homelessness. Our core values guide every interaction, ensuring that our work reflects kindness, truth, and a deep desire to serve others.
Colossians 3:23 is the foundation of URM's standard for employment: "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as though you were working for the Lord and not for people." We strive to enrich and sustain a humble heart attitude, a mindset of serving others, and a zealous desire for achieving work objectives without ulterior motives.
