About the Role
IntelliSource is seeking a self-starter, detail-oriented, and organized PPE Compliance Monitor for a partner facility located off I-80 and USA Parkway. This role plays a critical part in maintaining a safe, compliant, and sterile environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the team is wearing the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) before entering the clean room, acting as the first line of defense for safety standards.
The position offers 12-hour shifts, either from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm or 6:00 pm to 6:00 am. A shuttle is available for the commute. As a Compliance Monitor, you will communicate and enforce safety requirements consistently and professionally, report non-compliance to management, and assist in training team members on clean room standards. The role also involves routine cleaning duties, such as wiping down areas, managing sticky mats, and replenishing PPE supplies.
