About the Role
This position serves as a vital support function within the HR team, acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding policies, procedures, and general inquiries. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a dynamic environment where they can assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening candidates and scheduling interviews to conducting new-employee orientations and coordinating pre-employment processing.
You will manage critical HR operations, including maintaining accurate personnel files and HRIS records in compliance with federal and state regulations. The role requires a professional who can effectively resolve issues using sound judgment, maintain strict confidentiality, and communicate clearly with staff at all levels. Additionally, you will support the team by assisting with compliance audits, maintaining organization charts, and processing termination documentation to ensure a smooth exit process.
