About the Role
We are currently hiring a Powder Coat Painter for a client in Florence, KY. This full-time, 1st Shift position (temp-to-hire) is designed for individuals who take pride in precision and quality. You will be the key operator on an automated powder-coat line, responsible for the end-to-end process of transforming raw metal parts into finished products.
Your day will involve preparing parts by cleaning, masking, and hanging them, followed by operating coating equipment to ensure a flawless application. Beyond the technical execution, you will perform rigorous quality checks to verify that every piece meets strict specifications. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area is an integral part of your daily routine, ensuring efficiency and safety for the entire team.
