About the Role
As a Paint and Powder Coater, you will support daily manufacturing operations by coating and finishing custom electrical enclosures. This role is essential to maintaining product quality, ensuring proper equipment operation, and supporting efficient production workflow within the department. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety are paramount.

Hiring Process
This is a temp-to-hire opportunity. Candidates selected for the role will be eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and referral bonus programs upon working through The Reserves Network. Weekly pay is available via direct deposit or pay card.

Requirements
