The position is designed for individuals who thrive in a hands-on setting, working in small teams of two or independently as needed. The standard schedule features a consistent four-day workweek, running Monday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with Fridays off. Safety is paramount, requiring the use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, ear plugs, welding helmets, and gloves.

Requirements

Previous powder coating experience. Experience working with structural equipment or large equipment. Background in assembly or similar production processes. Familiarity with 6S or similar workplace organization and continuous improvement practices. Demonstrated reliability and strong work ethic in a manufacturing setting.
