About the Role

In this position, you will partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure support plans adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also play a key role in training staff, supporting behavioral development, and assisting with daily living activities. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleEnsure support plans and services adhere to Individual Plans, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
- check_circleConduct structured assessment interviews with parents and care providers
- check_circleAdvocate for human and civil rights by presenting behavior support plan information to review committees
- check_circleSupport and train staff in implementing Individual Support Plans and conduct assigned orientations
- check_circleAccurately administer and document delivery of medications and treatments if assigned
- check_circleReview social history and complete functional assessments to target behavior baselines
- check_circleWrite and submit assessment summaries and behavior support plan components to the interdisciplinary team
- check_circleAssist with socialization, behavioral development, personal care, and activities of daily living
- check_circleDocument progress, review records, maintain confidentiality, and complete billing documentation
- check_circleTransport individuals to community locations and medical appointments while ensuring safety
- check_circleReport instances of alleged abuse, neglect, medical incidents, and safety hazards per policy
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in a human services field
- verifiedTwo years of related experience
- verifiedTraining in behavior modification techniques or experience providing behavior management treatment
