The Positive Support Analyst (PSA) serves as a vital link in our care ecosystem, working under the supervision of a Positive Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and behavioral challenges. This role is designed to ensure that services are truly person-centered, trauma-informed, and fully compliant with Minnesota DHS 245D and the Positive Supports Rule (Chapter 9544).
In this position, you will work across multiple sites, collaborating closely with staff and interdisciplinary teams. Your mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve while actively reducing the use of restrictive interventions through data-driven strategies and compassionate support.
Candidates must meet specific regulatory requirements set by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) for a Positive Support Analyst. The selection process includes a review of qualifications, verification of a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, and the successful completion of a DHS background study and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
