The Positive Support Analyst serves as a critical link in our care continuum, working under the supervision of a Positive Support Professional to support individuals with developmental disabilities, mental health needs, and behavioral challenges. This role is designed to ensure that services are truly person-centered, trauma-informed, and fully compliant with Minnesota DHS 245D and the Positive Supports Rule (Chapter 9544).
In this position, you will work across multiple sites, collaborating with staff and interdisciplinary teams to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Your focus will be on reducing the use of restrictive interventions through the development and monitoring of robust positive support plans. You will be part of a dynamic environment where your expertise directly impacts the daily lives of individuals and the effectiveness of our care teams.
Candidates selected for an interview will be required to pass a DHS background study and an MVR check. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory, as the role involves traveling to multiple service locations.
