CyberData Technologies is seeking a seasoned Program Manager or Senior Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a high-visibility, multi-workstream federal IT engagement. This role serves as the senior delivery authority, spanning the full lifecycle from custom application development and modernization to platform delivery (ServiceNow), enterprise architecture, and ongoing operations within a regulated federal environment.
As the principal relationship manager for federal stakeholders, you will own end-to-end performance, ensuring commitments are met with consistency and transparency. You will bridge the gap between technical execution and business strategy, working closely with Product Owners, technical leads, and organizational leadership to ensure work is clearly scoped, well-governed, and delivered with measurable outcomes. Beyond delivery, this position includes ownership of key planning and financial functions, including resource forecasting, budget management, and support for business development activities.
You will lead a multidisciplinary team grounded in accountability and delivery excellence. This team spans Business Analysis, QA, Development (Java/.NET), ServiceNow, Enterprise Architecture, and Operations. Your mission is to drive operational excellence and reliability, ensuring stability and continuous improvement across production and lower environments while navigating the complexities of federal compliance and security.
Candidates selected for this role must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. The selection process will focus on verifying your experience in structured federal environments, your ability to build and sustain program governance frameworks, and your communication skills when engaging with executive audiences.
CyberData Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
