About the Role
Satsyil Corp is seeking a Sr. Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technology projects for federal government clients. This role serves as the critical bridge between internal delivery teams and government stakeholders, ensuring that technical initiatives align with organizational goals and client requirements.
The ideal candidate brings a unique blend of strong project management discipline and deep technical fluency. You will navigate the complexities of cloud platforms, data engineering, and AI/ML, making informed decisions about architecture and tooling without needing to write code yourself. Your day will involve facilitating sprint ceremonies, presenting technical solutions to senior government leaders, and managing the full lifecycle of large-scale software and infrastructure projects.

Requirements
- verifiedMinimum 5 years managing complex technology projects
- verifiedProject Management Professional (PMP) certification

- verifiedFamiliarity with AWS, Databricks, AI/ML, Python, SQL, and federal compliance frameworks (FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST, Section 508)
Nice to Have
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or SAFe Agilist certification. AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect). Generative AI Certification (e.g., AWS Certified AI Practitioner, Google Cloud Generative AI, or equivalent). PgMP, PMI-ACP, or ITIL certification. Prior experience managing federal government technology contracts, particularly within data-intensive or research-oriented agencies. Experience with large-scale data platforms, public data dissemination systems, or open data portals. Experience managing Databricks environments at production scale. Familiarity with AI/ML model lifecycle management, including training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. Experience with generative AI integration into enterprise workflows and applications. Experience managing technology stack migrations and platform modernization programs. Active or prior federal government security clearance or public trust determination. Familiarity with Java or other back-end languages.
