Key Responsibilities
- check_circleServe as the single point of contact for all contractual matters with the Government Contracting Officer
- check_circleProvide overall leadership, direction, and management of contract operations
- check_circleManage, mentor, and develop key personnel and technical staff
- check_circleDevelop and execute program management plans, schedules, and budgets
- check_circleEnsure compliance with all contract deliverables, performance metrics, and Service Level Agreements
- check_circleConduct risk management and mitigation planning
- check_circlePrepare and deliver program status briefings to senior Government and company leadership
- check_circleCoordinate with subcontractors and teaming partners to ensure integrated service delivery
- check_circleImplement ITIL-based service management processes
- check_circleEnsure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and Army regulations
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business Admin, or related field
- verified10+ years IT program management experience
- verified5+ years managing DoD IT services contracts ($50M+ annually)
- verifiedPMP certification
- verifiedITIL v4 Foundation certification
- verifiedExperience managing teams of 50+ technical personnel
- verifiedStrong understanding of FAR and DFARS
- verifiedActive Security Clearance
Nice to Have
Master's degree in a related field. Experience with Army PEO EIS or PL ALTESS programs. Experience with cloud migration and modernization initiatives. ITIL v4 Managing Professional or Strategic Leader certification. Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies.
