About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Part-time Groundskeeper to join our team at a 72-unit residential property in Jersey City, NJ. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and curb appeal of both the interior and exterior of the property. You will work independently in a challenging environment, utilizing your problem-solving skills to ensure the property remains safe and welcoming. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and can manage tasks with minimal direction.
