We are seeking a dedicated Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain the curb appeal and operational cleanliness of our community in Laurel, MD. This role is vital to ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors, covering everything from office spaces and breezeways to parking lots and building exteriors.
You will be the eyes and ears on the ground, responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, and common areas. Your day will involve power washing walkways, maintaining dumpster areas, cleaning light fixtures, and ensuring all spaces are safe and presentable. Beyond physical maintenance, you will assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager with various tasks, report repair needs promptly, and operate a golf cart as needed.
