About the Role
As a Technician in Facility Services specializing in Power Washing Exterior Services, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of Walmart's retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, and parking lots. You will be responsible for evaluating areas to be cleaned, determining suitable pressure levels and temperature settings, and removing dirt, debris, and contaminants while strictly following safety procedures.
Beyond exterior cleaning, you will operate and maintain corporate vehicles and equipment, respond to work order requests, and maintain accurate records and logs. The role involves conducting safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment and performing other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned. Success in this role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent customer service and communication skills.
