About the Role
The Janitor plays a vital support role in keeping operations running smoothly by managing daily housekeeping, minor repairs, and facility maintenance. This position ensures that both the interior and exterior environments remain clean, orderly, and safe for all employees and visitors. The role involves a dynamic mix of tasks, from heavy cleaning duties like vacuuming and shampooing to routine maintenance on building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. The Janitor also maintains the grounds by mowing, trimming, and clearing snow, while preparing facilities for events by setting up and removing tables, chairs, and scaffolding.

Requirements
