About the Role
The Service Porter/Valet serves as the first point of contact for customers visiting our service center, ensuring a warm and seamless transition from arrival to service. This role is vital in setting the tone for the customer experience, acting as the bridge between the service drive and our Service Advisors.
In this position, you will manage the flow of vehicles in and around the lot and service areas, ensuring they are moved efficiently to prevent bottlenecks. Beyond vehicle logistics, you will play a key role in maintaining the dealership's appearance by assisting with cleaning and custodial duties in the shop and lot areas. Your focus will be on keeping vehicles clean and damage-free while helping guests navigate amenities such as the waiting lounge, coffee service, and shuttle options.
