About the Role

The Porter plays a vital role in maximizing the property's marketing appeal and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, tour paths, and parking lots. You will be the face of the property, interacting courteously and professionally with current and potential residents while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal.

Your day will involve removing trash and debris, assisting in the preparation of market-ready units, and pressure washing exterior surfaces. You will also be a key responder during property emergencies, such as snow removal, fires, and floods, ensuring safety and operational continuity. Success in this role requires a passion for meticulous detail and the ability to foster positive, collaborative relationships with residents and the community.
