As a Front Desk Agent, your core mission is to ensure every guest enjoys a friendly arrival and departure experience. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests with a smile and using their names to make them feel properly welcomed. Beyond the front desk, you will play a vital role in maintaining our spotless standards; cleanliness is a team effort, and you may be called upon to pitch in to clean guest rooms and public spaces as needed. While cleaning, you will continue to greet guests with hospitality, ensuring the hotel remains a safe and organized environment. You will also manage check-in and check-out efficiency, follow up with guests to ensure room satisfaction, and stay up-to-date on room rates and promotions to assist with inquiries.
We look for candidates with a positive 'Can-Do' attitude and a desire to serve. While experience in hospitality or a consumer-facing franchise is preferred, a willingness to learn and follow established guidelines is essential.
