About the Role
The Porter at our Live on Hillsborough community plays a vital role in maintaining the property's operational objectives and ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for residents. Working under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, you will assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic maintenance.
Your day will involve regular onsite attendance to manage the cleaning, trash removal, and general maintenance of grounds and residential areas. You will be responsible for the make-ready process for new units, responding to resident and management requests for community common areas, buildings, and units in a timely manner. Additionally, you will perform swimming pool maintenance and cleaning while maintaining accurate chemical logs, and inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify and correct hazardous conditions. As a key face of the community, you will project a favorable image, manage excellent customer service, and enforce community policies delegated by your supervisor.
