About the Role

As the Maintenance Supervisor at Roost, The, you will be the cornerstone of our maintenance operations. You will work alongside the Community Manager to oversee the activities of assigned staff and vendors, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards. Your day will involve coordinating and responding to resident service requests, managing preventative maintenance programs to extend the life of the community, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and OSHA guidelines. You will supervise, train, and schedule maintenance staff, fostering a culture of harmony and quality performance while ensuring excellent customer service and resident relations.
