The Maintenance Supervisor serves as a vital partner to the Community Manager, responsible for overseeing all maintenance operations within the community. This role ensures the property remains safe, functional, and welcoming for residents. You will coordinate service requests, manage preventative maintenance programs, and supervise staff and vendors to maintain the highest standards of property care.
In this position, you will work alongside the Community Manager to direct maintenance, construction, and rehabilitation activities. Your day involves inspecting grounds and buildings to identify hazards, managing inventory and budgets, and ensuring compliance with safety standards like OSHA and EPA regulations. You will also play a key role in customer service, monitoring response times and ensuring residents receive excellent support. Whether handling emergency on-call situations or guiding the team through unit make-readies, you will be instrumental in preserving the value of the community and enhancing the resident experience.
