This position serves as the dedicated guardian of the community's pool and deck area, ensuring a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for residents and guests. The role is vital to the property's presentation and resident satisfaction, requiring a proactive individual who can balance safety enforcement with exceptional customer service.
You will work closely with the Community Manager, maintenance staff, and leasing teams to maintain the highest standards of property presentation. Success in this role depends on your ability to quickly build rapport with residents and staff while diligently managing daily operations, from chemical testing to emergency response protocols.
This is an outdoor role where you will be regularly exposed to varying weather conditions. The work involves standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 20 pounds. You will interact with moving mechanical parts and chemicals, requiring specific vision abilities and physical stamina to perform essential functions safely.
Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and hold a current CPR and First Aid certification. Previous experience in customer service, pool attendance, or lifeguarding is highly valued.
