Mantech is seeking a motivated, career-oriented Policy Analyst to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This position serves as a critical partner in the National Guard Association's (NGA) Policy Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process. The role is designed for an individual who thrives in a 100% on-site environment, bridging the gap between strategic cybersecurity goals and operational policy execution.
In this capacity, you will not only advise and manage policy development but also lead the coordination of corporate, IT service, and cybersecurity/information assurance policies to ensure enterprise-wide alignment. Your work will directly support the development of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and the maintenance of self-inspection checklists and gap analyses. You will be responsible for executing IV&V protocols to guarantee that all policy issuances are fact-based, accurate, and consistent with strategic planning and external mandates.
The day-to-day rhythm involves analyzing internal documentation and external issuances—including Executive Orders and IC/DoD policies—to proactively mitigate conflicts. You will also manage the tracking and reporting of policy-related metrics to measure the effectiveness of governance initiatives, ensuring the organization's internal frameworks remain fortified against emerging threats and regulatory changes.
