Sr Analyst - ISO Security Governance

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic partner in safeguarding Federal and Department of Defense (DoD) information systems. You will bridge the gap between complex security governance requirements and practical business implementation, ensuring that organizational policies align with rigorous federal standards. The role is critical for maintaining the security posture of shared services and supporting the Enterprise Information System Security Officer (ISSO) in navigating the evolving landscape of cybersecurity regulations.

In this capacity, you will not only analyze risk but also translate technical security mandates into understandable business terms for stakeholders. Your work will directly influence the development of doctrine, policies, and governance activities that protect sensitive data across the enterprise. From vendor assessments to annual risk registers, you will play a pivotal role in managing the lifecycle of security compliance for our federal clients.

Compensation and Benefits

Maximus compensation is based on various factors including job location, a candidate's education, training, experience, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel, external market and internal value analysis, seniority, and merit systems. Annual salary is just one component of Maximus's total compensation package. Other rewards may include short- and long-term incentives as well as program-specific awards.
