About the Role
As a Policy Analyst Mid, you will serve as a critical advisor and leader in the Policy Life Cycle Management (PLCM) process for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This role exists to ensure the integrity, clarity, and strategic alignment of corporate, IT services, and cybersecurity policies. You will work alongside Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop, review, and maintain policy compendiums, self-inspection checklists, and gap analyses. Your work ensures that policies are fact-based, consistent with external guidance, and effectively support the organization's Cybersecurity Strategy.

Hiring Process & Requirements
Candidates must be U.S. citizens with an active TS/SCI security clearance. Some positions may require additional accesses, SCI eligibility, or successful completion of a Counterintelligence-scope polygraph process as directed by the customer. Please note that this role requires a minimum of 7+ years of demonstrated experience in policy management or a related field, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
