As a PMO Support Analyst, you will support Global Process Owner (GPO) leadership and process teams by coordinating projects, monitoring metrics, maintaining tools and materials, and helping drive consistent execution across a global finance environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting and possess strong project support, organization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
You will facilitate strategic projects and business change initiatives with technology and cross-functional stakeholders. A key part of your day involves analyzing performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support decision-making. Additionally, you will coordinate onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones, while maintaining enhancement tools and sharing best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.
