As a PMO Support Analyst, you will serve as a vital partner to Global Process Owner leadership and process teams. Your mission is to coordinate projects, monitor key metrics, maintain essential tools and materials, and help drive consistent execution across a complex global finance environment. This role exists to bridge the gap between strategic initiatives and operational reality, ensuring that administrative activities, templates, and documentation support seamless PMO operations.
In this position, you will facilitate strategic projects and business change initiatives alongside technology and cross-functional stakeholders. You will analyze performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support critical decision-making. A significant part of your day will involve coordinating onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones, while simultaneously maintaining enhancement tools, sharing best practices, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.
Success in this role requires the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team. You will need to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and a professional demeanor. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead projects or workstreams are essential for navigating the global and matrixed nature of our organization.
