About the Role
As a PMO Support Analyst, you will serve as a vital partner to Global Process Owner leadership and process teams. Your mission is to coordinate projects, monitor critical metrics, maintain essential tools and materials, and help drive consistent execution across a global finance environment. This role is designed for individuals who thrive on strong project support, organization, and stakeholder coordination.
You will facilitate strategic projects and business change initiatives alongside technology and cross-functional stakeholders. A key part of your day involves analyzing performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support decision-making. You will also coordinate onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones, while maintaining enhancement tools and sharing best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Experience developing presentations for leadership audiences. Experience using artificial intelligence tools in a business setting.
