About the Role
As a PMO Support Analyst, you will serve as a vital link between Global Process Owner leadership and process teams. Your mission is to coordinate projects, monitor key metrics, and maintain the tools and materials necessary to drive consistent execution across the global finance environment. You will facilitate strategic projects and business change initiatives, working closely with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery. The role offers a unique opportunity to support the onboarding of member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones while maintaining enhancement tools and sharing best practices to support continuous improvement efforts.

Requirements

- verified3+ years of experience in professional services, finance operations, PMO support, or program coordination
- verifiedExperience using Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
- verifiedExperience with project management methodologies, processes, and tools
- verifiedExperience supporting stakeholders in a global or matrixed organization
- verifiedAbility to travel 0-10%
- verifiedMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
Nice to Have
Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Experience developing presentations for leadership audiences. Experience using artificial intelligence tools in a business setting.
