As a PMO Support Analyst, you will serve as a critical partner to Global Process Owner leadership and process teams. Your mission is to coordinate projects, monitor key metrics, maintain essential tools and materials, and drive consistent execution across the global finance environment. You will facilitate strategic projects and business change initiatives, working closely with technology and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
In this role, you will analyze performance metrics and ad hoc data to monitor process efficiency and support data-driven decisions. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to coordinating onboarding activities for member firms joining the S4 platform across multiple time zones. You will also maintain enhancement tools, share best practices, and support continuous improvement efforts to elevate the quality of work products.

Experience with SAP or another enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. Experience developing presentations for leadership audiences. Experience using artificial intelligence tools in a business setting.

Education: Bachelor's degree required.
