The PMO Senior Analyst plays a critical, high-visibility role in driving program governance, audit readiness, and reporting modernization across a complex portfolio of enterprise initiatives. This position is designed for an individual who is both operationally strong and analytically sharp, capable of balancing governance discipline with practical execution.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted partner to leadership and project teams, ensuring consistency, compliance, and transparency across all programs. You will own and evolve PMO reporting and dashboards, enabling data-driven decision-making through advanced tools such as Smartsheet, Power BI, and Azure DevOps. Your work will directly impact how the organization tracks CapEx, manages contractor oversight, and maintains audit readiness, ensuring stakeholders have clear visibility into program performance, risks, and priorities.
Success in this role is defined by a PMO governance framework that aligns seamlessly with leadership expectations. You will deliver high-quality reporting and dashboards that provide real-time, trusted insights with minimal manual intervention. Audit processes will run smoothly, with complete and accurate evidence delivered on time. Additionally, you will ensure new team members are onboarded quickly and effectively, while stakeholders maintain clear visibility into program performance and risks.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in PMO support role. Strong familiarity with Azure DevOps (data extraction, structure, and access management). Experience supporting audit, compliance, or governance frameworks. Proven ability to manage financial tracking, contractor oversight, and reporting processes. Strong organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
