About the Role
This position serves as a vital supervisor within the department, ensuring the smooth operation of America's food distribution system. You will be responsible for overseeing personnel involved in receiving product, pulling orders, and loading trucks for next-day delivery. Beyond managing daily logistics, you will function as a key team member, fostering a culture of rewards, recognition, and respect while ensuring all associates understand their roles in meeting customer expectations.
