About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Montgomery, IL. In this role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations for the 3rd shift (Sunday – Thursday), managing a team of 15-25 associates to ensure efficient and accurate handling of inventory. You will be responsible for coordinating receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities, ensuring all orders are pulled timely and loaded in the proper sequence. Your day-to-day will involve coaching staff, enforcing safety protocols, and utilizing warehouse management systems to maximize productivity while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
