About the Role
This role is designed to assist with the planning and managing of the kitchen to achieve customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with all corporate, franchise, and regulatory standards while meeting financial goals. You will work alongside the Executive Chef to ensure a quality, consistent product is produced for all hotel guests.

Requirements

- verifiedKnowledge of hotel operations including marketing, security, safety, labor relations, budget forecasting, and hospitality law
