About the Role
The Field Superintendent I is critical to ensuring that all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to company standards and building codes. This role is designed for someone who wants to lead by example, representing R.T. Moore professionally while actively engaging in workforce development. You will manage the job site team to execute production plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of labor and materials.
Your day will involve precise verification of installations against design, creating punch lists, and diligently tracking rework. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builder and customer representatives, communicating change order needs and maintaining clear expectations for quality and productivity during daily huddles. Beyond technical oversight, you will foster a safe environment with a goal of zero injuries, ensuring high levels of employee engagement and maximizing earning potential for your crew.

Requirements
