About the Role
As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to strict quality standards and building codes. This position is designed for a proactive leader who takes pride in their work and is dedicated to maximizing the earning potential and engagement of their crew.
In this role, you will lead by example, representing R.T. Moore professionally and upholding our core values. You will be responsible for executing production plans, managing logistics, and overseeing material staging to ensure efficient operations. Your day-to-day involves verifying installations against design, creating punch lists, and diligently tracking rework. You will serve as the primary communicator between the job site, the Project Manager, builders, and customers, ensuring timely updates on change orders and job site needs.
Safety is paramount; you will proactively ensure a zero-accident environment and lead daily huddles to set clear expectations for quality and productivity. Beyond the technical aspects, you will actively engage in workforce development, assisting in the retention and development of talent while maintaining accurate records through daily logs and quality inspections.
