As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to strict quality standards and building codes. This position is designed for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced, constantly evolving business environment.
In this role, you will lead by example, representing R.T. Moore professionally and driving workforce development. You will manage the daily rhythm of the job site, from coordinating manpower and logistics to overseeing material staging and inventory. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builders and customers, ensuring clear communication and punctual attendance at required meetings.

Requirements
