About the Role
As a Superintendent I, you will play a critical role in ensuring all R.T. Moore projects achieve first-time quality while adhering to strict quality standards and building codes. This position is designed for someone who is eager to dive into a fast-paced, constantly evolving business and lead by example.
In this role, you will manage the job site team to execute production plans, schedules, and budgets efficiently. Your day-to-day involves verifying installations against design, managing material logistics and inventory, and maintaining rigorous safety standards to ensure zero injuries. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builders and customers, communicating change orders and job site needs clearly. Beyond the technical aspects, you will actively engage in workforce development, leading daily huddles to set expectations for quality and productivity while helping to retain and develop talent.
We offer a steady Monday-to-Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, allowing you to balance your professional responsibilities with your personal life.
