You will be responsible for managing the job site team, executing production plans, and maintaining rigorous safety and quality protocols. Your day-to-day involves verifying installations against design, managing logistics and inventory, and fostering a culture of pride and engagement among your crews. You will serve as the primary point of contact for builders and customers, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of project needs.
