As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position goes beyond technical execution; you are responsible for maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality while guiding the development of apprentice plumbers. You will serve as a mentor, providing direction, feedback, and insight to help trainees grow their skills.
Your day will involve interpreting job site prints and builder start packs to stage and layout materials meticulously. You will collaborate harmoniously with team members across all trades, communicating daily with superintendents during morning huddles to ensure project needs are met. From ensuring adherence to state codes to maintaining a professional appearance on the jobsite and in your truck, your work ethic and attention to detail will drive the quality of our projects.
