As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position is designed for a motivated professional who not only executes high-quality work but also takes ownership of the safety and quality of the work performed by apprentice plumbers. You will be the bridge between technical execution and team development, ensuring that every project meets code and company standards.
Your day will involve precisely installing drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, tub sets, gas lines, and pumps while interpreting complex job site prints and builder start packs. Beyond the installation, you will be responsible for the logistical preparation of each project, including staging materials and maintaining a professional, organized jobsite and truck. You will serve as a mentor, providing direction and feedback to apprentices and demonstrating a strong work ethic that inspires those around you. Collaboration is key; you will communicate daily with superintendents and coordinate seamlessly with other trades to keep projects moving forward.
