As a Plumber II, you play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing while maintaining responsibility for the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers. This position is designed for a motivated professional who takes pride in delivering first-time quality work and lives out our core values daily.
In this role, you will not only execute precise installations of drain-waste-vent systems, water lines, gas lines, and pump installations but also serve as a mentor. You will invest time in the training and development of apprentices, providing direction, guidance, and feedback to help them grow. Your day involves reading plans, staging materials, and collaborating harmoniously with team members across all trades to ensure projects run smoothly and safely.
