As a Plumber II, you will play a critical role in the successful installation of new construction plumbing. This position goes beyond technical execution; you are responsible for maintaining the safety and quality of work performed by apprentice plumbers. You will serve as a mentor, providing direction, guidance, and feedback to help trainees grow while ensuring all projects adhere strictly to state codes and company quality standards.
Your day will involve interpreting job site prints and builder start packs to stage materials and layout projects efficiently. You will collaborate daily with superintendents and team members during morning huddles, ensuring smooth communication across all trades. From managing paperwork and time sheets to maintaining a professional and clean jobsite, you will live out our core values through a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
